Installation Terms & Conditions

These Installation Terms and Conditions govern all roofing projects performed by Brasshouse Roofing in Utah.

1. Decking Inspection

Underneath old shingles, damaged or rotted decking must be replaced prior to installing new underlayment and shingles to ensure structural integrity and warranty compliance.

2. Site Access & Safety

Customer agrees to provide clear access to driveways and perimeter areas for tear-off dumpsters and material delivery equipment.
